• Apricus-Aqua models are available to power any locally available water pump – The Apricus-Aqua range has a model for any standard water pump available in the local market, including borehole and pressure pumps. Currently the Apricus-Aqua controllers range from 370W up to 4kW. (5.5- 30kW available July 2023).
• No need for imported motors or pumps – do not be mislead by being told you have to buy a special solar motor or pump. No DC motor technology or integrated pump, motor, controls required. Use the tried and tested standard pumps and motors on the market that are readily available, serviced by many service providers and supplied by many outlets across the country.

Apricus-Aqua models are available for motor voltages ranging from 200VAC to 400VAC, including single and three phase motors. Special frequencies can also be accommodated.
• Special motors operate at higher efficiencies – high motor efficiency was important for water pumping applications when solar panels were up to 80% of the system cost. Today solar panels are barely 15-20% of the overall system cost. Additionally, Apricus-Aqua controllers use advanced control technology to increase standard motor operating efficiency.
• Apricus-Aqua models are available to power any locally available electric motor to drive a water pump – The Apricus-Aqua range has a model for any standard motor available in the local market, including 200VAC (60Hz) and 400VAC (50Hz) three phase motors, as well as 230VAC single phase motors. Currently the Apricus-Aqua controllers range from 370W up to 4kW. (5.5- 30kW three phase available July 2023).
• No need for imported special motors or DC motors – special motors (such as DC low voltage motors) lead to cable problems, costly long length cables and long lead service times.
